This video is a generic example of a training module developed in Storyline 360 for a Team Leaders in a manufacturing setting. This video captures the introduction of a process used to identify and solve production constraints. The complete training module included two interactive practice scenarios based on actual examples from an automotive supplier. Participants went through the module in small groups and worked with a mentor to apply this process on their own line.

This training module was created for new hires at the Milkhouse Cafe. New employees view the video before beginning their hands-on training to get a foundation of the business.

This training was developed as a companion to the new hire training. It is used for employees who want to develop their knowledge of the coffee side of the cafe and earn their barista badge.
